Our client is a highly regarded contractor based in Caterham Surrey with an excellent reputation for quality product and service. They specialise in interesting and niche projects up to £10m across the South East and London region in sectors such as Design and Build, Education, Housing Association, Care Homes etc and due to an increase in work load they require an Assistant Estimator to join their estimating team as soon as possible.
Ideally you will have experience within the build industry as an Estimator and either hold or are studying for a HNC or a business related qualification. Also it will be a bonus if you have experience of take offs or sub contract enquiries
Our client is willing to pay a competitive salary for the right candidate and as they are an investor in people they are looking for someone with long term career aspirations. You will be reporting into an experienced managerial team who can accommodate candidates currently studying on a day release and encourage all employees to study and will pay fees for when business related.
