As Commercial Manager, you will act as an ambassador, enhancing our reputation and profitability through efficient communication and timely professional actions. You will be responsible for the commercial aspect of the business and you will be expected to provide accurate monthly reports on the financial status of the contract/project. Exceptional customer service is at the core of business, and in line with this you will develop and maintain sound professional working relationships with the client and other key individuals working with or connected to your contract. The operational functions of this role will see you coordinating the allocation of surveying resources, reviewing processes and systems and monitoring financial viability of all direct staff to achieve cost effectiveness. Financially your responsibilities will see you developing and agreeing budgets with the Commercial Director and monitoring KPIs to ensure KPIs are consistently met. Monitor all accounts, valuations, variations, collections to ensure timely and accurate completion/reporting. Forecast turnover of all work under your control and ensure final accounts are completed in timely and accurate fashion. Your knowledge of local authorities and proven track record in target driven financial environment will help you succeed as Commercial Manager.
Qualifications required
You will need to have recognised Financial Qualifications.
