Experience
Excellent IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office and Project, and bespoke FM databases such as IFS •
At least 3 years within an FM/construction environment
Able to present detailed information both electronically and verbally to senior managers
Ability to manage and prioritise a wide range of tasks
Clean driving licence
MOD security clearance will be required
Primary Functions of the Role
Performance
1. Manage the development, installation and analysis of Crystal Reports as necessary:
2. Collate and produce management reports from data held on IFS.
3. Ensure infrastructure management KPI’s are monitored and achieved.
4. Identify, with other Babcock staff, additional reports to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of contract delivery.
5. Act as a link for the RSME Contract, with the rest of the business, to implement new reports.
6. Review and monitor the effectiveness of reports and manage the implementation of any improvements.
7. Assist in producing regular reports, with graphical representation and present to senior management.
8. Educate and train other staff on the use of reports.
