- What is their stability and commitment to their previous positions?
- What are their reasons for leaving?
- Have they gained a range of experience or are they a specialist in one area?
- What were their responsibilities? Who did they report to?
- What were their previous achievements? Can they back up their unique skills that set them apart from the other applicants?
