Freelance Contracts / Temp and Holiday cover
England Associates can provide you whatever you need on a contract basis, from a day’s sickness cover through to holiday cover and on to a particular project need, we have a regular database of staff who are tried and tested and have worked through England Associates previously.

Many of our tried and tested candidates are available at very short notice, are fully reference checked and have the necessary health and Safety and First Aid qualifications most of our clients require these days. We offer highly competitive rates depending on location, level of candidate and length of contract.

Executive Search and Selection
In addition to our dedicated Permanent Recruitment process we also offer a tailored Search and Selection service, which if employed correctly, can result in a very effective solution. The standard process includes intensive research of your market place and competitors analysis, headhunting agreed target candidates, shortlisting, through to successful placement. All within agreed timescales.

We carry out exactly the same interview and reference checking process once the initial search assignment has been completed to ensure the quality and commitment of the candidates.

Tailored Recruitment Solutions
Here at England Associates we pride ourselves on listening and adapting to your recruitment needs at all levels and for all assignments. However we have found more recently even this is not enough for some positions and for some companies. As a result we are now pleased to offer a tailored recruitment service for those difficult to fill vacancies. This may include a microsite of your company on our website, an agreed recruitment advertising plan and working with our network of candidates to find those people currently working for your competitors.
