Simon England - Managing Director
After gaining a BSc Hons in Civil Engineering from Manchester University, I pursued a civil engineering career working for a top 5 Engineering Consultancy, followed by Site engineering / management experience gained in England, Cyprus, Papua New Guinea and the Amazon jungle in Peru. I changed careers into construction recruitment in 1983 with a major recruitment group, gaining promotion to UK Head of Construction. For the last 20 years acted as MD of both private and multi branch recruitment groups. Hobbies include off piste ski-ing, sailing and tennis.

Dan Eley - Sales Director
After proudly gaining a BA Hons in Economics and Law, I joined one of the UKs largest insurance providers, trusting that they would provide personal and career development. However finding the environment frustrating and stifling, I sought out an alternative career based on meritocracy and personal performance – a career in recruitment! Over the next 8 years I worked for the UK’s two largest specialist construction recruitment businesses; developing award winning teams and launching 3 new offices. Armed with this experience, and having previously worked with the Directors, England Associates represents a fantastic lifestyle as well as career choice. Hobbies include field target shooting, mountain biking and a life long Spurs fan.
