We operate a Talent Reward Scheme which effectively means that for every colleague we successfully place in a new job (permanent or contract), we will set up a personalized Red Letter account for you and allocate you RED LETTER points, which can be exchanged for a wide selection of activities, week end breaks and events. The rules are simple
As long as your colleagues or friends are new to England Associates and not already registered, your reward will be paid providing:
- The referred candidate has been placed within 6 months of the date of referral
- The referred candidate has completed 10 weeks in their permanent role or 500 hours of contract bookings
- The client has paid the bill!
Reward
- Permanent placement – 1500 points
- Contract placement – 750 points
