Payroll Services
From time to time you may be asked to name an agency to provide payroll services for an assignment that you have found directly with a client. This is a service that England Associates regularly provides to both clients and candidates.

If you choose to use England Associates, you can expect to receive the same standard of service as if you were a regular contractor. You will be allocated a consultant who will be you dedicated contact throughout the length of the assignment. They will be in regular contact with you to ensure that all aspects of our service are meeting your expectations.

...on registration
When you register with England Associates you will be contacted by one of our specialist consultants to discuss your requirements. They will talk to you about your previous experience and qualifications. They will also ask you questions about your motivations and career aspirations. Our consultants will do this to ensure that they have a clear idea about you, your skills and your requirements so that they can put you forward for the most suitable positions for you.

They will also ask you to send in various documents that are required by law such as identification and proof of right to work, qualifications and references.
 
You may also be asked to arrange a face to face meeting with your designated consultant. 

...before we submit your CV to a Client
Your designated consultant will aim to talk to you about every single vacancies before they pass your CV onto the client. We do this to ensure that you are kept informed about what actions we are taking on your behalf and to ensure that it is a position that would be of interest. Sometimes we cannot reveal the identity of the client at this stage as often our clients request us to work on a confidential basis until the interview stage, however we will give you details about the job itself.

...prior to your interview
At this stage your designated consultant will brief you about the client and the time and location of the interview. The consultant will also give you some background on the client. Remember the consultant is working for you. Ask them questions about the client. Our consultants know their clients intimately, so they will be able to give you vital information that you can use to your advantage at the interview.

…after the interview
After the interview your designated consultant will talk to you about the interview. They will be asking you about how you felt about the job to feedback to the client and they will also give you feedback from the client about your interview. Where you have been unsuccessful our consultant will give you constructive feedback on areas where you can make improvements to give you an improved chance at your next interview. We believe in open, honest feedback!

…once you have secured the job
So you got the job. Congratulations! Our service to you doesn't end there... We have a comprehensive aftercare programme to ensure that everything is going smoothly in your new position. We will talk to both you and the client on a regular basis after you start to ensure that everyone is happy with the situation. If in the rare case problems do arise we will do everything we can to help resolve issues.
