The Client  
The client is a fast growing regional house builder based in London. Project range from collections of homes in villages to large regeneration of hundreds of apartments. Originally started building in 1961 they now employ over 200 members of staff across a range of disciplines.  
   
The role  
Seeking a Senior Project Manager to assume control their new site based in Park Royal area, project is 807 units across 3 number blocks of apartments ranging from 1 - 27 storeys and construction will be RC frame with pre-fabricated brick work.  
The Candidate  
The successful applicant will come from a strong house building background with previous experience in similar projects. Extensive knowledge of RC frame is a must with various panel/brick work facades experience.  
   
Salary  
Salary is £70k - £85k depending on experience. Desirable package including company car/car allowance, Healthcare and pension.
