Service Manager/Technical Support
My client are an independent company that have been around for over 20 years.
They require a Service Manager/Technical Support please find the Job Role. this role is not just an office bases position, the position will also include onsite work/technical support when required.
Manage the service engineers on day-to-day basis with the General Office based Service Manager.
Technical support to the field engineers.
Carry out site audits & Toolbox Talks.
Carryout surveys for modernisations/repairs.
Carry out surveys for potential new client.
Costing/quoting of repair works.
The ability to liaise with the clients on any issues.
Assessing insurance reports.
Minimum NVQ3. NVQ4 preferred
Must have good technical skill.
Must have good management/communication skills.
The ability to carry out surveys on existing equipment.
Must have office base computer skills, MS Word, Excel minimum.
Must have valid full UK driving licence
Must be flexible, reliable & have a committed approach.
Salary £40k-45K basic
