Administrator and Document Controller - Larkhill 1 year fixed term contract
Our client is responsible for managing existing and new estates for military personnel across garrisons based within Southern England.
This support includes providing services to military personnel for working, living and leisure accommodation.
Role & Responsibilities
The role includes maintaining, ordering and issuing office stationery and supplies as well as general photocopying, printing, scanning and all associated administrative duties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the documentation collaboration tool, creating reports in Word/Excel format and undertaking other administration duties as required by the Management Team.
Candidates must have proven organisation and effective communication skills. Experience in all Microsoft packages and strong administrative skills are required.
