The Role    
New site of 140 units, traditional build. Duties include maintaining and managing a site workforce to construct homes to the highest possible standard, on time and in line with predetermined cost.    
Salary  
Salary up to £60K depending on experience, benefits include pension, company car / allowance, life assurance and annual bonus scheme.      
The Candidate  
The successful applicant will come from a strong house building background with experience on high volume traditional build projects. Must hold all relevant tickets.

Plumber

Plumber - Location: Salisbury -  c £32,000 salary     
I am looking for an experienced plumber who has a background working within social and domestic properties. The ideal candidate will come from a plumbing background, fitting kitchens and bathrooms within domestic homes.  
Role     
You will be responsible for the planned and reactive plumbing maintenance within domestic houses. You will be liaising with your site manager and report directly to the contracts manager.    
Desired Qualifications:     
CSCS, JIB Card

The Successful candidate will have experience in planned and reactive repairs. Experience of having a multi trades background is desired but not essential. Candidates must have own transport as well as appropriate tools.    
For this role you must be able to communicate and engage with customers efficiently. You must have good customer service skills and be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner.

Customer Care Coordinator

Customer Care Coordinator - Bristol - £21,000-£25,000   
     
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Coordinator to join a National House Builder in the Bristol area.      
       
Within this role you will be supporting the Head of Customer Care in managing all customer-related issues through to resolution, by direct communications with their internal and external customers.
 
Previous Customer Care experience required within the New Homes industry.  
       
Daily duties:  
-Ensure personal and team compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, putting the safety of our teams as first priority.
-Liaise between Site Management teams, Customer Care Operatives and external Sub-contractors to ensure all remedial works are completed efficiently.
 
-Ensure all contacts (calls, emails, online, Social Media) received are handled professionally and courteously, with all issues appropriately recorded in the company's IT system
-Liaise with the Commercial/Buying departments to order materials in accordance with arrangements made for defect resolution and complete contra-charges where applicable.
-Undertake post-completion satisfaction calls to customers.
 
-Carry out other appropriate ad hoc duties as and when required.
       
Skills required:      
 
- Previous experience in a demanding and fast paced customer service environment.
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Assertive, tenacious, with an ability to influence others and be resilient to challenging Customer demands.

The role  
Seeking Site Managers for locations in Wiltshire operating outside of Bristol. New sites ranging from 120 -140 units depending which site.  
The Candidate
The successful applicant will come from a strong house building background with experience on similar projects
 
Salary
Salary will be up to £57k with a desirable package scheme and bonus.

I am working with a regional contractor in the Wiltshire area who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join an existing team of passionate and dedicated employees. You will have construction knowledge, and an interest in the pre-construction side including bid management. The company ideally would like a hands-on individual who can write and create programmes and methodologies.  
 
Roles and responsibilities:
  • Develop site specific plans with Senior Management and continually review, implement, monitor and enforce procedures
  • Create programmes
  • Understand methodologies
  • Managing an opportunity from qualification through to contract award, including value proposition / strategy development, solution development, commercial considerations, partner identification and risk management
  • Introduction and implementation of all necessary bid procedures, governance and processes
 
 Personal specification:
  • Experience working on projects from £4m - £6m
  • Experience writing programmes
  • Understanding methodologies
  • Previous industry experience
  • Proven experience in the management and development of employees and teams
  • Flexible with working hours and have the ability to travel within the local area on a regional and national basis when required
