Customer Care Operative - £30,000 - Hampshire/Dorset  
             
Introduction     
An exciting new permanent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Operative to join our client based in the Hampshire area. This role involves delivering exceptional Multi-trades works, repairing, fixing and fitting the New Homes during the new homes warranty period. You will also be delivering exceptional Customer Care to the owners.  
Alongside this role, you will also be expected to carry out other duties that include maintenance on the Head Offices and show homes.             
             
Client Overview  
Our client build quality homes within the Hampshire and Dorset region. The homes developed are boutique and of a seriously high quality.
             
The Role  
- You should be multi skilled covering Carpentry & Joinery, Painting, Decorating, Tiling and General quality maintenance.  
- Deliver exceptional and professional Customer Care to the occupied homes.  
- This role is based in Hampshire/Dorset areas, flexibility to travel in these areas is a must
- Working days are Monday to Friday  
- Van and Fuel Card provided along with Laptop, Phone and Ipad.
- Ideally you will have your own tools, these will be replaced by the employer when needed.

The Role
- You should have multi trades experience that covers Carpentry, Painting, Decorating, Tiling and Plumbing.

- This role provides a van, fuel card, private health and basic tools, you would need to provide extra tools for the role.
- Hours can be flexible starting at 8am/8:30am and finishing 4pm/4:30pm

The Role          
- Organisation and administration to the Customer Service team    
- Ensure data used by the team is updated accurately and in a timely manner.      
- Processing Sales Completions      
- Using IT systems to set up new suppliers      
- Dealing with invoicing for the team           
- Report on costing and tend to outstanding payment issues

- Travel will be involved in this role as the Customer Care Operative may be needed at various sites each day to carry out their duties.    
- The Ideal candidate will have a background from New Homes or Property Services    
- Driving license required, tools and van provided
