Quality Control Inspector

An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client, a national House Builder covering the Southern region in a Quality Control field-based role.  
This role consists of carrying out inspections prior to completion. You will be liaising with Site teams and sub-contractors to ensure that quality is to the best standard and any defects or patterns that arise are communicated to the teams to be rectified.
Duties include:  
- Inspections of New Homes units across the Southern patch prior to completion.  
- Writing reports of units.  
- Liaising with both Site teams and Sub-contractors regarding the quality finish and any works that need to be carried out  
- Field-based role, flexibility to work from home when necessary for administration tasks
