An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Progressor to join a National House Builder in the Hertfordshire area.  
   
Within this role you will be looking after Sales quite early on after reservation through to completion as well as moving the client into their new home.  
   
Previous Sales progression experience required ideally with New Homes developer or from an Estate agency background.  
   
Daily duties:
   
- Progressing all sales through from reservation to completion  
- Assisting clients with their move in.  
- Ensure all compliance is completed and up to date  
- Liaise with solicitors and advisers  
- Keep all relevant parties up to date on details of purchase and other relevant information.  
   
Skills required:  
   
- Experience within a Sales roles either in progression or negotiating.  
- Strong communication and writing skills  
- Excellent Customer Service Skills  
- Driving license and flexibility to travel to future sites

Seeking a Senior Project Manager to assume control their new site based in Park Royal area, project is 807 units across 3 number blocks of apartments ranging from 1 - 27 storeys and construction will be RC frame with pre-fabricated brick work.  
The Candidate  
The successful applicant will come from a strong house building background with previous experience in similar projects. Extensive knowledge of RC frame is a must with various panel/brick work facades experience.  
   
Salary  
Salary is £70k - £85k depending on experience. Desirable package including company car/car allowance, Healthcare and pension.
