The ideal candidate must have previous experience of an estate agent background or someone who has worked in the New Homes industry in Sales for a national developer.
 
Your responsibilities:
 
  • Achieving sales of properties and extras to suit customers in line with agreed targets e.g. legal completions and average selling price
  • Providing outstanding expertise in the Company's house types, specifications and the buying procedure
  • Promotion of company mortgage arrangements, including referral to Independent Mortgage Advice (IMA), managing transactions and ensuring timely completions
  • Ensuring all paperwor and site admin is up to date, and required reports completed
 
Salary
26k basic + uncapped commission
 
Your working hours would be 10-5 daily and also weekend working will be required.
