Currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to work part time for a Multi National Company.
15-20 hours per week.
You will be carrying out duties such as:
Involvement in preparation of complete, accurate and timely financial reports in line with corporate reporting requirements and month end calendar
Monthly review of P&L for portfolio of clients with Finance Manager; analysis of revenue and cost components; comparison to budget and preparation of management commentaries
Participation and the documentation of contract reporting procedures; gathering and documenting client and contract knowledge including financial/ commercial details; preparation of internal accounting / reporting procedures, manuals and instruction

My Client is a well respected Facilities Management Company looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator.
They are looking for someone to join their team from 7th February for a a three month contract. It is a part time role working 12:00-17:30.
You will be responsible for logging calls efficiently and allocating jobs to engineers, providing timely updates on both internal and clients systems. This will include PPM's, reactive works and project works.
