ASSISTANT COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Our Client is responsible for managing existing and new estates for military personnel across garrisons based within Southern England.
This support includes providing services to military personnel for working, living and leisure accommodation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The key purpose of this role is to provide commercial and contractual advice and support to the Commercial Manager and the business to minimise ADS/ADSL's risk and maximise the commercial position. You will have a thorough understanding of the PFI Contract and offer commercial advice on interpretation. You will need to have confidence in participating in negotiation and interactions with the customers and suppliers.
Develop, implement and maintain commercial processes and procedures that meet the business needs.
Experience and Knowledge:
- You will need to have 3 years experience as an Assistant Commercial Management preferably in PFI and/or public sector service FM contracts.
- Knowledge of MS Word for Windows as well as excel at an advanced level.
- Have proven examples of commercial management within contracts which deliver multi-disciplinary business critical operation services covering the contract life cycle in complex organisational settings.
