My Client is a well respected Facilities Management Company looking for a Contract Support to join their team.
The main purpose of the role will be to provide a comprehensive administrative service.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
- Understand, anticipate and deliver customer needs (internal and external) while building effective relationships.
- Positively respond to both our internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility.
- Compile and submit accurate engineer time sheets and personal expenses on a weekly basis.

- Dynamics financial reporting system
- Concept Evolution
- Management of holiday database and shift schedules
- Filing of documentation
- Confidential and discrete approach
