An exciting new permanent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Operative to join our client based in the Hampshire area. This role involves delivering exceptional Multi-trades works, repairing, fixing and fitting the New Homes during the new homes warranty period. You will also be delivering exceptional Customer Care to the owners.  
Alongside this role, you will also be expected to carry out other duties that include maintenance on the Head Offices and show homes.

The Role  
- You should be multi skilled covering Carpentry & Joinery, Painting, Decorating, Tiling and General quality maintenance.  
- Deliver exceptional and professional Customer Care to the occupied homes.  
- This role is based in Hampshire/Dorset areas, flexibility to travel in these areas is a must
- Working days are Monday to Friday  
- Van and Fuel Card provided along with Laptop, Phone and Ipad.
- Ideally you will have your own tools, these will be replaced by the employer when needed.

The post holder is responsible for the overall programme and day to day running of their projects, this includes management of studies, design, development, production, support and/or integration of specialist systems.  
This is to be completed whilst keeping within allocated financial budgets, commercial guidelines and agreed timescales as well as undertaking the following: Programme/project management Guidance on the content and staffing equipment requirement documents, procurement strategies and business case submission. Acquisition through life management plans. Staffing contract documentation through commercial and finance staff. Chair meetings. Safety and environmental management plans and safety case reports and chair safety meetings. Risk management plans and risk registers for projects, including risk reviews during project meetings. Monitor and control financial aspects of each project or contract.  
Produce forecasts of outturn and support the EP planning process. Prepare technical briefs, costing analysis, status reports and meeting minutes/notes. Liaison with all relevant agencies. Experience of managing Information Communication Technology (ICT projects). Experience of the MOD/DE&S assurance process to achieve gated submissions. The post holder must be able to work under his/her own initiative with minimal supervision, have a flexible approach to the day tasks required of a project manager and cope with a challenging workload. Good communication skills in dealing with customers, contractors etc and a sound knowledge of DE&S procurement processes. DV clearance is essential and must be a sole UK National
Experience of managing Information Communication Technology (ICT projects). Experience of the MOD/DE&S assurance process to achieve gated submissions.

5. Support OI Water Mgr 1 in maintaining up to date financial records for In-Service Water capability equipment.  
6. Support OI Water Mgr 1 the Provision of input to Finance staff for Equipment Plans (EP) and In Year Management (IYM) forecasts.  
7. Support OI Water Mgr 1 Provision of management reporting information and input to Project reporting as required, including DE&S corporate reporting, Customer 1 and Customer 2 reports, DI monthly Reviews.  
8. Provide Input into Post Design Services (PDS) committees, raising requisitions and monitoring of PDS activity.  
9. Support OI Water Mgr 1 in the management of Obsolescence and disposal of Water capability assets
