The successful candidate will be expected to fulfill the following roles and responsibilities: -
Installation of Intruder Alarms and Security Systems
Preventative maintenance and servicing of security systems, including remote servicing.
Corrective maintenance of security systems including fault finding, extra works and repairs.
Provide out of hours telephone and on site support on a call out rota.
Represent the company at all times and provide excellent customer service.
Experience & Skills
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate good knowledge and understanding of most systems, including:
Intruder Alarm Systems; remotely monitored and audible systems, including Galaxy, Texecom, Castle and CSL Dualcom wireless and hard-wired products.
CCTV Systems: Detector activated with remote monitoring, stand alone IP, Turbo-HD and Analogue Systems. Knowledge of Hikvision products is essential; knowledge of Adpro transmission systems is desirable.
Access Control Systems; stand alone and PC based systems.
Ability to work within the relevant SSAIB Codes of Practice and the Company's own Health & Safety arrangements.
The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of IP and port forwarding.
