Role & Responsibilities
To support the management of the occupied estate the postholder will be required to undertake inspection, small value occupational transactions and estate management tasks. The post will be part of the busy transactional team supporting the three surveyors. The roles requires experience of commercial property and tenancy agreements. General estate management experience would be a bonus. The majority of the transactional activity is outsourced to external providers, however there remains a material element of transactional activity within the government estate which is conducted by the in house team. This role would suit a part qualified, APC candidate looking for hands on experience or people qualified by experience. For those qualified by experience we would expect them to be able to demonstrate a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role in a commercial environment.
