Site Manager - Location: Notting Hill - £35,000 - £40,000 salary
I am looking for an experienced supervisor who has knowledge within maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate will be of a trade's background and have experience ensuring work is carried out safely and completed on schedule in accordance to the client's changing needs.  
 
Role
You will be responsible for overseeing a team for the planned maintenance and refurbishment of social housing properties. You will also be responsible for liaising with customers and be in charge of quality control as health and safety is paramount in this position. You will be reporting directly to the assistant contracts manager, and must be able to supervise a team of trades.  
 
You must have an understanding of all principles within contracts management.  
 
Desired Qualifications:
CSCS, SMSTS, SSSTS or other building qualification (recognised)  
 
Candidate Information
The Successful candidate will be from a social housing background with experience in handling planned repairs as well as overseeing a trade's team. Experience of working within a trade's position is desired but not essential. Must hold a clean driver's license and DBS check.  
For this role you must be able to communicate and engage with customers efficiently. You must have good customer service skills and be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner. My client is looking for someone to start in April.
