We are currently recruiting on behalf of an award winning FTSE 250 House builder, who are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major project in North London.     
     
Client overview:    
     
The successful Surveyor will be working for the North London division of one of the UK's most respected house builders.  
     
They are building high quality apartments and homes across the north corridor of the M25, and have an excellent reputation within the industry for build quality, winning a number of prestigious awards.  
     
They have an excellent reputation for staff retention and development, and this role has been created to adhere to their long term growth plans going into 2018.  
     
Roles and responsibilities:    
     
To be the number one Surveyor working on a prestigious, flag ship development which is due to complete in 8 years time.  
 
To build relationships with Sub-contractors and providers to ensure the timely delivery of the project.  
     
Scheduling and cost reports    
     
Collaborating with Sub-contractors, Site Managers, and Directors    
     
 Personal specification:    
     
As the successful Senior Surveyor you are likely to have significant experience in.    
     
- Working on large scale residential developments for a national developer or a larger regional.    
- Minimum of 5 years industry relevant experience

The successful Surveyor will be working for a developer who build high quality family homes across the northern half of the M25.  
   
Their units are between 200 and 800 units and comprise of both RC frame and Timber frame builds.    
   
They have an excellent reputation for staff development with their current Commercial Director having worked their way through the ranks.    
   
They are a regional business but have a number of sites across London and are fast growing.    
   
Roles and responsibilities:  
   
Build and assist in the development of the surveying team  
   
Scheduling and cost reports  
   
Collaborating with Sub-contractors, Site Managers, and Directors  
   
Being the number 1 on key sites across London  
   
Personal specification:  
   
As the successful Senior Surveyor you are likely to have significant experience in.  
   
- Working on large scale residential developments for a national developer or a larger regional.    
- Minimum of 5 years industry relevant experience  
   
Rewards and benefits:  
   
They are offering up to £70k + package, including a 15% bonus scheme, car allowance or company car, as well as a 5% matched pension and BUPA healthcare.

Assistant Estimator

  • £ 32000.00 - £ 38000.00 per annum
Urgently required office based Assistant Estimator to work with the Senior Estimator on current and future projects. Duties include calculation and preparing tender submissions, manage costs relating to packages and contracts and various site visits. Competitive salary and benefits.
