Introduction                     
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Operative to join our client to cover their East and West London developments.
 
This role involves delivering exceptional Multi-trades works, repairing, fixing and fitting the New Homes during the new homes warranty period. You will also be delivering exceptional Customer Care to the owners.
 
The ideal candidate will be situated in the London area or South with easy access to both East and West areas.                                     
                             
The Role                    
- You should be multi skilled covering Carpentry & Joinery, Painting, Decorating, Tiling and General quality maintenance.                    
- Deliver exceptional and professional Customer Care to the occupied homes.
- Flexibility is a must as travel will be required to both East and West of London where the developments are situated.           
- Working days are Monday to Friday                    
- Ideally you will have your own tools, if not, these will be provided/replaced by the employer when needed.

Seeking a Senior Project Manager to assume control their new site based in Park Royal area, project is 807 units across 3 number blocks of apartments ranging from 1 - 27 storeys and construction will be RC frame with pre-fabricated brick work.  
The Candidate  
The successful applicant will come from a strong house building background with previous experience in similar projects. Extensive knowledge of RC frame is a must with various panel/brick work facades experience.  
   
Salary  
Salary is £70k - £85k depending on experience. Desirable package including company car/car allowance, Healthcare and pension.
