Sales Executive - Permanent - Greater West London - £25,000 + OTE (£45k)
     
An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client for a new site in the Greater West London area. The ideal candidate will have current experience working with a New Homes Developer.      
     
The developer offer a great basic salary with the opportunity of on target earnings plus bonuses!  
     
This role will offer a great challenge to an experienced Sales Negotiator with targets and a driven work culture which reflects in the salary offered.      
     
Working hours are 10am - 5:30pm  
Working days: Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday & Monday off)!     
     
Skills required:    
- Previous Sales experience within the house building industry    
- Excellent communication skills    
- Ability to work both independently and within a team    
- Ability to build strong relationships within a professional environment

An exciting new permanent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our client based in Greater West London. This role involves providing an excellent level of Customer Service meeting needs of homeowners after sales.          
         
Client Overview          
Our client, a national house builder, operate in a number of regions and currently have a vacancy within their Customer Care team.           
   
The Role          
- Reporting to the Head of Customer care you will deliver an excellent level of customer care service meeting the needs of homeowner after the sale.          
- Provide support and advice to sub-contractors and operatives.          
- Deliver all services within the guidance of data protection legislation.          
- Speak with Site or Constructions teams as necessary to ensure customers’ queries are answered accurately, efficiently and consistently.
