Accounts Administrator - £22,000 - £26,000 - Middlesex
An exciting new permanent opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join our client based in Middlesex. You will be part of a team delivering excellent administration skills working alongside the Customer Care team, improving how the Customer Service team operates and the processes that are followed.
- Organisation and administration to the Customer Service team
- Document Control
- Ensure data used by the team is updated accurately and in a timely manner.
- Processing Sales Completions
- Using IT systems to set up new suppliers
- Dealing with invoicing for the team
- Report on costing and tend to outstanding payment issues
- Supporting the Head of Customer Service whether assisting with emails & letters, organising meetings and taking minutes as well as assistant functions.
- Accurate checking of invoices and Purchase orders.
- Managing the contra charging process for subcontractors
