Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 dependent on experience + package

A main contractor in the Midlands who are owned by major Hong Kong investors are currently looking for a Commercial Manager to join the team. The financially stable, construction business are opening a brand new office in High Wycombe due to winning a number of projects in and around the Surrey and Berkshire area.
They are looking for an individual to run the entire department, and get involved with recruiting other roles within the business.
Specification:
- The client are ideally looking for an individual who has worked for a main contractor - e.g. Kiers, Wates, BAM.
- Someone who is has industrial and commercial knowledge.
- Worked on commercial, industrial, retail and leisure projects - e.g. student accommodation or hotels.
- Wants the individual to come from a Construction, contracting background.
