Introduction                      
An exciting new permanent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our client based in the Buckinghamshire area. This role involves providing an excellent level of Customer Service meeting needs of homeowners after sales.                      
                   
Client Overview                      
Our client, a national house builder currently have a vacancy within their Customer Care team.                     
             
The Role                      
- Reporting to the Head of Customer Care you will deliver an excellent level of customer care service meeting the needs of homeowner after the sale.            
- Provide support and advice to sub-contractors and operatives.                      
- Deliver all services within the guidance of data protection legislation.            
- Speak with Site or Constructions teams as necessary to ensure customers’ queries are answered accurately, efficiently and consistently.           
 
Key Skills required:
- Experience planning/scheduling repairs as well as providing a high level of Customer Care within the Property industry, this includes New Homes, Housing Association and Council based experience
- Excellent Customer care telephone skills
- Driving license

New Homes Sales Consultant

  • £ 20000.00 - £ 23000.00 per annum
Sales Advisor - Milton Keynes - £20,000-£23,000 dependant on experience + competitive OTE        
       
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales advisor to join a National, 5 star House Builder in Milton Keynes.        
The developer offer a great basic salary with the opportunity of on target earnings plus bonuses. Training is offered as well as progression for those whom excel in their role.                    
Daily duties:                
- Respond to all cancellations making every effort to 'save' the reservation and at all times identify the reason for cancellation.            
- Travel to all sites within the sales hub, on a regular basis, to undertake customer appointments.      
- Liaise with solicitors and advisers            
- Deliver high quality home demonstrations in conjunction with the build/maintenance teams in the home that the customer has purchased.      
- Ensure that the customer is kept informed of the progress of their purchase.
-Maintain high standards of presentation of all sales sites, including sales office, show home and stock units and report and monitor any remedial action.    
Skills required:                     
- Strong communication and writing skills            
- Excellent Customer Service Skills            
- Driving license and flexibility to travel to future sites
