Customer Support Manager - North London
My client are a massive independent company with 160 years experience. They now have a vacancy for a commercially focussed Customer Support Manager with excellent leadership, managerial and communication skills required to lead and develop our customer driven regional office in Romford which covers London North.
Previous experience of leading a team and customer relationship management within a service sector environment is essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Lift Maintenance and Repair business stream within the London North region, customer satisfaction, achieving budgets and managing a team of staff and engineers.
The candidate must be fully IT literate with experience of quoting and processing repairs through a full cycle to completion. A full driving licence is also essential.
