An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Manager to join our client, a New Homes developer based in Hampshire.
This role will be managing the customer care team and developments.
- Responsible for the day to day management of staff within the Customer Care team
- Manage complaints from dispute through to resolution ensuring excellent Customer Service is delivered and carrying out home visits as necessary
- Carry out site visits to ensure consistency across all units of all developments.
- Continuously improve performance of staff including performance management, development.
- Progress sub-contractor contra charges
- Experience within the New Homes industry
- Understanding of NHBC requirements
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Management of Customer Care teams/coordinators
