I am looking for experienced painters who have a background working within social, domestic and MOD properties. The ideal candidate will come from a background in decorating within social housing.
Role

  • Manage the service engineers on day-to-day basis with the General Office based Service Manager.
  • Technical support to the field engineers.
  • Carry out site audits & Toolbox Talks.
  • Carryout surveys for modernisations/repairs.
  • Carry out surveys for potential new client.  
  • Costing/quoting of repair works.
  • The ability to liaise with the clients on any issues.
  • Assessing insurance reports.
 
 
Key Set Skills.
  • Minimum NVQ3. NVQ4 preferred.
  • Must have good technical skill.
  • Must have good management/communication skills.
  • The ability to carry out surveys on existing equipment.
  • Must have office base computer skills, MS Word, Excel minimum
