The client:

They have a number of sites across Surrey and are one of the UK's most respected house builders.  
The role:
Your role will be to assist with the completion of a major flagship project, based on the outskirts of Surrey, but will be an office based role.  
This business has a very clear track record of promoting from within, and there are clear and realistic opportunities to progress within the business.  
The client is offering up to £70k + an excellent package for the right candidate.  
Skills/experience required:
The candidate will be expected to have previous house building experience, ideally from a national developer working on high-volume projects.

The role:
Your role will be to lead a commercial team of 10 people, with direct reporting responsibility to the Managing Director.  
Our client is preparing to increase its level of units and build on its extremely successful 2017, and your role will be imperative in this.
The client is offering between £75-85k dependant on experience.
The applicant:
The successful applicant is expected to have extensive experience of working for a national developer, on volume projects. RC frame experience is also highly desired.  
While their primary role is for a Commercial Manager, they will consider highly experienced Managing Surveyors/Seniors looking to make a step up.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12+ months experience in House sales for a New Homes developer.    
The Role    
- Negotiating Property Sales  
- Provide expert knowledge of the company, type of homes available, pricing lists and all processes involved.    
- Carrying out market research  
- Keep the presentation to the highest of standards including show homes, sales office etc    
- Delivering a high level of Customer Service throughout the whole process.
