I am currently recruiting on behalf of a highly successful national developer based in Surrey, who are looking for an experienced Senior Surveyor to join their their team.
This role has been created as the current incumbent within this role has been newly promoted into a Commercial Manager role.

The role:
As the successful Senior Surveyor, you will be working on a 2,000 unit development in Hampshire, timber frame.
You will be reporting directly to the Commercial director on a number of key areas, including the following:
- Providing cost reports and key updates
- Creating and monitoring sub-contractor budgets
- Order and pay variations

They are seeking a Technical Co-ordinator to join their team in the South East region. The role will be office based, where the candidates will look after all technical aspects.

They have a number of sites across Surrey and are one of the UK's most respected house builders.
The role:
Your role will be to assist with the completion of a major flagship project, based on the outskirts of Surrey, but will be an office based role.
This business has a very clear track record of promoting from within, and there are clear and realistic opportunities to progress within the business.
Salary:
The client is offering up to £70k + an excellent package for the right candidate.
Skills/experience required:
The candidate will be expected to have previous house building experience, ideally from a national developer working on high-volume projects.
