The successful Technical Manager will be working with an NHBC 5 star house builder in one of their best performing regional offices. 

Working as part of their stable Technical team, you will be responsible for the Architectural side of the department - as a result we are looking for managers from an architectural background. 

Required Experience 
Experience in Architecture, specifically an Architectural practise dealing with residential projects. TCIAT qualified. 

Preferred Experience 
Working within the Technical department of a housing developer, either at Coordinator or Manager level.
