I am currently recruiting on behalf of a highly successful, privately owned developer based in Kent, who are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.  
The client:  
Our client have established themselves as one of the most successful house builders in the North of England, and are looking to expand their Southern division extensively over the next couple of years.

Roles and responsibilities:

The Role  
The successful candidate will be expected to fulfill the following roles and responsibilities: -  
Installation of Intruder Alarms and Security Systems  
Preventative maintenance and servicing of security systems, including remote servicing.
