A well respected main-contracting/ fit out/cut & carve construction company is currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team. The individual will work on projects M4 downwards in counties such as Hampshire, Surrey, Dorset, and ideally have the ability to understand all Contract Documents.           
     
Roles and responsibilities:
  • Maintain the project Site Waste Management Plan
  • To deliver supermarket fit out projects
  • Review drawings for build ability and co-ordination. Raise RFI's where appropriate
  • Ensure design information is passed to the supply chain and that all works are completed to the latest information.
  • Manage direct site labour and maintain accurate records.
  • Organise and run all site-specific inductions.
  • Assist with completion of any snagging works/rectifying latent defects if they occur.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Contract's Manager in regards to the supply chains performance.
Personal specification:
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to understand all Contract Documents
  • Basic planning and reporting
  • Current certification in CSCS
  • First aid - 3 day course

Working as a Solution Architect within end to end solution architecture and design (with UML).
You will be expected to be an up-to-date hands-on practitioner in several of the following areas:-
