My Client is a well respected Facilities Management Company looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator.
They are looking for someone to join their team from 7th February for a a three month contract. It is a part time role working 12:00-17:30.
You will be responsible for logging calls efficiently and allocating jobs to engineers, providing timely updates on both internal and clients systems. This will include PPM's, reactive works and project works.
You will be:
- The first point of contact
- Logging new calls efficiently and professionally
- Accurately and efficiently updating the CAFM systems
