Role & Responsibilities
Build long-term relationships with high level customer and supplier representatives. Take full responsibility for the level of customer satisfaction. Respond to customers' queries and complaints. Facilitate customers' involvement in the continuous improvement of the IT products and services supplied to them. Create the environment for getting business returns from systems investments by actively seeking opportunities for business improvement, ensuring business cases are well conceived and made, and educating and training stakeholders and staff. Determine strategy for stakeholder management and stakeholder relationships. Seek out and tackle issues that will prevent the delivery of business benefits, facilitating communication between stakeholders.
