Regional Manager required in the South West to fill a key role with a main contractor. Your role will be to spearhead The customer focused, quality and cost effective project works service delivery to the a high profile healthcare portfolio. Reporting directly to the Contracts Director, you will be the senior manager responsible for the daily operational management to all healthcare projects across the region.
providing FM services to various health trusts - hospitals, health centres, mental health units etc), this is a senior management position and will cover Bristol up to the midlands and across to the new forest. You will be responsible for Operations and Service Managers as well as Operatives and Admin staff. Although a regional role the person will be based from a Bristol office.
This role will suit someone with solid contracts management experience within the facilities management arena. PFI experience would be advantageous but by no means essential. You will need to have proven experience of managing both people and budgets and be innovative and proactive.
