Since the company started trading in 1979, railway work has been a core activity with this particular client, with projects carried out throughout Southern England and South Wales, from Cornwall to Kent and into the Midlands, providing a 24 hours/day, 7 days/ week, year round service.
My Client are looking for a stand alone Senior Quantity Surveyor for the Devon area. Experience on any of maintenance works, Drainage earthworks, reinforced concrete bridges and vegetation and beneficial. Experience on civils frameworks is a must either on Water, Maintenance or Highways.
The right applicant will report directly to the Managing Quantity Surveyor based from another office and responsible for up to 5 projects from £20k - £1m
Knowledge of NEC Form of contract with target cost experience is essential.
