Contract Site Responsibility Service Manager Duties
Line Manager SDM (Site Delivery Manager)

Main Liaisons SDM, SM's, Client
£30,000 PA depending on exp
Role Purpose Responsible for day to day reactive and planned maintenance at Manston in Kent. To ensure a smooth operational delivery of core services to meet the customer and SERPC expectations.
Key Duties may include Programming of works Interfacing with both the customer and contractors Attending meetings Supporting SDM's in service delivery issues Assisting in resolving technical issues Assisting in resolving contract issues Undertaking duties as part of a group on call system Undertaking specific functions as directed by the Site Deliver Manager Ensure compliance with policies on Health & Safety, Quality Assurance & Environment
Knowledge & Experience/skills Must be capable of communicating at all levels Must have a full driving licence Knowledge of budgets and budget control Flexible in approach to current working methods Understanding of information management systems/databases Capable of working under pressure with minimum supervision People management skills Knowledge of producing cost estimates for small works Capable of writing basic specifications for work Understanding of PPM systems
