| Job Description : |
Building Contractor are looking for a Site Manager to join their affordable housing team. Working on a £6M mixed use site compromising of affordable housing and multi storey hostel. You must have exposure to the affordable housing and main contractor markets including working on similar schemes for RSL clients.
Requirements:
- Developed understanding of site health & safety procedures/policy
Basic understanding of trades best practice
Ability to procure, interpret and disseminate contract information
Ability to schedule materials/plant
Experience of cost control/planning
Experience of social housing new build essential
Scaffold awareness
CSCS
- SMSTS 5 day (preferred)
- First Aider (preferred)
