Our client are a leading national building contractor who have a strong specialism in the refurbishment of Social Housing schemes, which form part of the governments decent homes standard.
they are urgently seeking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to come into the company and commence work on the projects.
They are seeking candidates who are from a trade background (i.e. joinery etc) and who have experience of working on decent homes/ Defence refurbishment projects previously with either another building contractor, or local authority.
They must also be used to managing trades on site and have a keen eye for quality.
In return, they will offer the successful Site Manager the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and the chance to further your career and skills.
The position comes with a highly competitive salary, company car or allowance and bonus scheme. There are also benefits available after an initial qualifying period.
