Commercial Manager - Location: South West London - £50,000 - £60,000

The client is looking for a commercial manager based in South West London who has experience working on large contracts surrounding repairs, voids and gas servicing.  
  • Providing commercial management and expertise across a number of project teams
  • Overseeing commercial activity and involving yourself with the most complex major packages
  • Client facing and liaising with all stakeholders on a strategic level
  • Provide professional support to the commercial team and act as a mentor to juniors.
  • Managing the overall procurement of subcontractors and other suppliers.
  • Total commercial responsibility for the schemes under your remit
The ideal candidate will have the following:    
  • Formal qualification in relevant discipline
  • Must have experience working on Major Construction Project for a Main contractor.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and react to problems before they escalate.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and management skills
  • Fastidious Design & Build contracts knowledge (JCT)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Salary & Benefits    
To attract the right skills and quality candidates the company can offer an attractive salary of £50k-£60k based around experience including a benefits package.     
£ 30000.00 - £ 35000.00 per annum
Site Supervisor - Location: South London - £30,000 - £35,000 salary      
I am looking for an experienced supervisor who has knowledge of working on external and painting projects. The ideal candidate will be of a trade's background and have experience ensuring work is carried out safely and completed on schedule in accordance to the client's changing needs.      
You will be responsible for overseeing a team for the external maintenance and refurbishment of social housing properties. You will also be responsible for liaising with customers and be in charge of quality control as health and safety is paramount in this position. You will be reporting directly to the contracts manager.      
You must have an understanding of all principles within contracts management.       
Essential Qualifications:      
CSCS, SMSTS, SSSTS or other building qualification (recognised)      
Candidate Information      
The Successful candidate will be from a social housing background with experience of working on various projects as well as overseeing a trade's team. Experience of working within a trade's position is desired but not essential. Must hold a clean driver's license and DBS check.      
For this role you must be able to communicate and engage with customers efficiently. You must have good customer service skills and be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner. My client is looking for someone to start in April.      
£30,000-35,000 + Package
