Your role:
You'll join a Secure Networks team, responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. You'll develop and maintain secure operating system builds, while providing 3rd line support.
Your Accountabilities:

Cyber Solution Architect

What you will be doing:
  1. Design customer security solutions that meet the client requirements and our roadmap. Ensure all parties agree and understand the requirements and risks and that these are accurately and clearly documented. Create accurate and full cost solution designs by selecting and integrating technology and service components that satisfy requirements, are commercially viable, approved by stakeholders and are deliverable by VSS in agreed timeframes.
  2. Proactively manage the presales process with internal and external stakeholders. Create and deliver materials that support pre-sales activity including RFI & RFP responses, bids, presentations, cost models.
  3. Own technical relationships with customers, third parties & partners. Use relationships to increase VSS reputation and success including influencing & aligning customer and VSS technical strategy, identifying new opportunities, running technical workshops, trials and webinars
  4. Drive continuous technical improvement for customers, provide technical input that ensures project delivery, benefit realisation or value creation.
  5. Influence and deliver VSS services and roadmaps. Play a leading role in development of services including design, delivery, cost models, documentation, training.
You must have:
  1. Consulting & design skills. Experience designing, integrating and advising clients across complex transformations or programmes.
  2. Communication skills. Able to articulate, write and present complex matters in a high quality, clear and concise manner that business and technical audiences can easily understand.
  3. Relationship skills. Able to develop effective working relationships at various levels and work collaboratively with stakeholders with minimal direction.
  4. Security & market knowledge. Strong knowledge of security techniques and technologies including security monitoring, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, Industrial Control Systems. Knowledge of IT frameworks and sources of good practice guidance (e.g. ISO 27001, ITIL, NCSC & NIST). Current experience of working with one of more of public sector, large enterprise, financial services, critical national infrastructure.
  5. Technical breadth. able to confidently develop solutions involving broad technology domains (e.g. security, fixed networking, mobile networking, cloud, IoT) with a particular focus on security monitoring

Quantity Surveyor - Location: Surrey - £40-50,000 salary        
This is the ideal role for a Quantity Surveyor with proven experience of working in the Refurbishment or Capital works sectors and is looking to join a leading company that provides a safe, secure and friendly working environment for all its employees.

As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for the financial and technical aspects of contracts including procurement, invoicing and payment to ensure effective cash-flow management and meet profit and ROCE budgets.
