Our Client is a well respected Facilities Management Company looking for a Helpdesk Support to join their team in Broughton.
They are looking for a Facilities Co-Ordinator to join the team located in Airbus Broughton. You will act as an active member of the Help desk team, assisting in day-to-day running of the help desk, undertaking administrative duties and providing support to the management team and colleagues across the account.
The position itself is a part time position at 22.5 hours a week working 07:00 - 11:30 Monday - Friday.

They are currently looking for an experienced Desktop Surveyor to handle their insurance based claims.
You will need to have a vast knowledge of property services, primarily specialising in insurance or property claims.
Liaising with internal and external contractors to request valuations
Settling final accounts whilst continuously working new claims
Putting together priced reports for the end user / policy holder
The role also has a fair amount of general admin duties; filing, photocopying and entering data etc.
What you will have:
You will need to have experience in handling claims and surveys and have some background in social and domestic insurance.
You will also need to have good knowledge of using computers as this will be a vital part of the role!
Good customer service skills and be able to conduct yourself in a good manner

Our Client is a well respected Facilities Management Company looking for a Contract Support to join their team for the next 1 year.
They are looking for someone for a year contract however, there is chance to be extended.
The main duty of this role is to monitor and control Statuary Compliance and Non Statuary service delivery planned maintenance administrative tasks supporting the operation teams. You will also be required to control security vetting details and support operational teams and 3rd party suppliers in all contractual Security and Access requirements.
Working 8 - 5 Monday to Friday.
