Overview

This is a full-time opportunity working from Monday to Friday in an office environment        
         
Apprenticeship Programme        
As well as commencing in full-time employment, this opportunity will give you the chance to continue your personal development by undertaking a Business Administration Apprenticeship with our partnered apprenticeship training provider. You will work towards achieving a highly recognised NVQ level 2 or 3.        
         
The Role - Tasks & Duties        
In this position, you will play a key role in the day to day running of one of our most successful business units, ensuring the smooth operation of the Administration and support function      
       
Your role will involve:

Pay & Benefits        
The successful individual we would offered a minimum of £148 a week, in line with national minimum wage for Apprentices or possibly more based on experience. A commission scheme would be available after qualification period.

Position  
Due to an influx of work, my client is looking for a Surveyor to oversee price and financially control multiple redecoration schemes.          
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for delivering quick, effective, accurate and competitive prices on large and small-scale painting and decorating contracts. You will also be well versed in that strong commercial management of busy schemes, which are a mix of direct staff and sub-contractors.
