The successful candidate will be working with a well-established award winning housing developer. This role is based in an office within Southern Region with a strong drive to increase the quality of their product.    
     
You will be running 3-4 projects at once, dealing with all Technical duties. The position will also involve guidance of the Coordinators on the team from time to time.  
   
   
An understanding of housing developments and drawings for all things associated (external works, infrastructure, site plans) is required. Ideally the candidate in question will have worked previously within a similar housing developer.
