I am looking for an experienced supervisor who has knowledge of working on planned and cyclical decorating projects. The ideal candidate will be of a trade's background and have experience ensuring work is carried out safely and completed on schedule in accordance to the client's changing needs.    
   
Role  
You will be responsible for overseeing a team for the planned and cyclical decorating of social and residential properties. You will also be responsible for liaising with customers and staff whilst maintaining a high standard of health and safety and paperwork. You will be reporting directly to the contracts manager.    
 
Desired Qualifications:  
CSCS, SMSTS, SSSTS (recognised) and asbestos awareness.
   
Candidate Information  
The Successful candidate will be from a social housing background with experience of working on planned and cyclical projects as well as overseeing a trade's team. Experience of working within a trade's position is desired but not essential. Must hold a clean driver's license and DBS check.    
For this role you must be able to communicate and engage with customers and staff efficiently. You must have good customer service skills and be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner. My client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.  
You will also need your own van, tools and PPE.
